• Be sure all required fields are filled in. These are marked with an asterisk. If you enter the same number for mobile and phone, that’s fine.

• Photos/Attachments –  You will receive a confirmation text to your phone and an email (check your spam/promotions folder) and reply to that with photos/attachments.

• If you are still having problems, as a last resort – email us at info@stlrestore.com – be sure to include all pertinent information: name, phone number, address (if needed), and interested service/wants.

• If you have a question/comment about a current ticket, please reply inline to the ticket confirmation thread email.
