This is how we did it:

1. Customer supplied us idea and dimensions.
2. We made 3D model.
3. Got customer approval and alterations.
4. We sourced material.
5. We made cut files to send to our CNC router to build pieces.
6. We assembled the pieces.
7. We prepared and replicated the finish that was in the customer’s idea image.
8. We cut and did upholstery on top.
